Welcome to the home base.
I work at the intersection of applied psychology, organizational mechanics, and independent media.
I build regional digital infrastructure, conduct specialized social research, and write about how narratives influence behavior.
This site exists to connect those threads in one place, from deep-dive essays and audio work to applied research reports.

“Princess” is a book that outlines the interaction between culture, crowds, and individuals. It’s about how culture and crowds are used to manipulate individuals.
You would read this book because you always suspected that most everything you see and hear has been curated- but not for your benefit.
“Bad Dreams” is an anthology of short stories written over the past twenty years or so. Two are novella-length. Dark and brooding, with violence, sex, magic and science fiction, they are also unshakably optimistic and positive. Well- except for “The Call” and “The Root of the Matter”, and “Bad Dreams”, and several others.
Fine. You’re taking your chances.

“Anxiety” is just what it says: A Manual for how to get through it and make it work for you instead of against you.
For anyone who is serious about moving beyond it, this is essential reading.
“Circus” is what I am calling a “Faux-Moir”.
It’s a memoir, with less real memory than fiction. They are tall tales about real places and events, where you won’t be able to tell which was real from the fiction.
Currently under revision in prep for re-release in 2027

“Punk Psychology” is psychology without the rules.
A series of essays about life, psychology, art and music, politics and sociology, culture and society if punk music was the rule.
It’s fun, rude, upsetting and obnoxious, serious but also amusing.
“Vancouver Songs” is an anthology of poems written as songs.
Some of them are even good!
I left in the songs that I personally hate because I’ve found that others tend to like them the most.
